Imaan Hammam is the Face of the Estee Lauder x Sabyasachi Collab

US-cosmetics brand Estee Lauder teamed up with renowned Indian fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee to create a special, limited-edition lipstick collection. Estee Lauder appointed Imaan Hammam, a Dutch-born model of Moroccan-Egyptian descent, to represent this collection.

The new lipsticks come in matte shades and are inspired by India's colourful palette, with shade names reflecting the vivid hues like ‘Calcutta Red’, ‘Bombay Berry’ and ‘Rouge Bengal’. The lipsticks themselves are packaged with the signature gold tiger emblem designed by Sabyasachi, crafted from 24 karat gold.

Awash in the vibrant spirit of India, this collection captures the essence of Sabyasachi's signature style in the range of lipsticks.  The lushness of tropical fruits and flowers, the intricate patterns of hand-woven fabrics, and the dazzling fire of precious stones – all translated into wearable shades with a touch of luxury. With ultra-matte or satin-matte finishes, each lipstick is infused with the warm, inviting scent of cinnamon.

Hammam, who became Estee Lauder's global ambassador in May 2023, shared her excitement on social media. The ad campaign for the lipsticks was also filmed in Morocco, celebrating Hammam’s roots.
