Saudi-French model Amira Al-Zuhair has added another major fashion house to her runway portfolio, walking for Dolce & Gabbana during the brand's latest Alta Moda presentation in Taormina, Sicily. Staged within the sprawling Radicepura Botanical Park, the annual couture showcase transformed the gardens into the backdrop for one of the house's most theatrical collections to date.

Al-Zuhair appeared in one of the collection's romantic couture looks alongside an international lineup of models, bringing a MENA presence to Dolce & Gabbana's exclusive Alta Moda universe, which is known for celebrating Italian craftsmanship through destination runway experiences.

This season, Dolce & Gabbana looked to Sicilian mythology, imagining a world where gods, goddesses and mortals coexist. Across 100 couture creations, the collection paid tribute to the island's cultural heritage through the house's signature codes, from intricate black lace and sweeping tulle gowns to velvet capes, ornate floral embroidery and sculptural embellishments.
