Egyptian model Omar Zaabalawi has added another major fashion house to his runway résumé, making his debut for Rick Owens during the designer's Spring/Summer 2027 presentation at Paris Men's Fashion Week.

Zaabalawi appeared as Look 3 in the show, which unfolded at Paris' Palais de Tokyo. True to Rick Owens' signature aesthetic, the collection explored exaggerated proportions, sculptural tailoring and fluid, deconstructed draping, while incorporating new collaborations with adidas Originals throughout the lineup. Staged over the venue's iconic reflecting pool, the runway was framed by soaring fountains that created a dramatic entrance for the models.

The appearance marks another milestone for Zaabalawi, whose breakout runway moment came in Dior Men's Pre-Fall 2023 presentation at the Pyramids of Giza. The historic show, which unveiled Kim Jones' Celestial collection against one of Egypt's most recognisable landmarks, introduced the Egyptian model to an international fashion audience.
