Fashion and arts are taking over the catwalk at the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference in Sharm El Sheikh, showcasing the impact of creative innovation on their respective industries while providing an unforgettable show within the conference’s Green Zone.

Following long days of panels and discussion, COP attendees will be invited to the Green Zone amphitheatre to attend eye-opening conversations about slow fashion and the industry’s transition towards more ethical and sustainable practices, watch films and documentaries produced by global giants like Netflix, gaze at beautiful art installations, or listen to motivational talks.

Through a series of presentations, representatives from the fashion industry – including Threading Change, Stella McCartney, The Apparel Export Council, and more – will embroil themselves in a deep discussion about the responsibilities and challenges they face in the business.

COP27 guests will have the opportunity to interact with immersive art exhibits that are inspired by architecture, VR experiences, and recyclable materials. Meanwhile, topics including reforestation, upcycling, and the human costs of climate change will be spotlighted in an array of films and documentaries.
