British JD Sports Makes Its Egyptian Debut at Cairo Festival City Mall

British sports fashion giant JD Sports is set to open its first-ever flagship store in Egypt at Cairo Festival City Mall this July. This launch is part of a 10-year franchise agreement with GMG, aimed at expanding the JD brand across the Middle East. Over the next three years, JD Sports will open additional locations in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

JD Sports made its Middle Eastern debut in May, starting with the first of 50 stores at Bahrain’s Marassi Galleria Mall. Known globally for its extensive range of sportswear and athleisure brands, JD Sports features leading labels in footwear, apparel, and accessories.
